Connecting with you

The process usually begins with a phone call or a meeting for our initial consultation. During this conversation, we gain a broad understanding of your situation by asking key questions to determine if we can assist you in purchasing a property. If we believe we can help and you’re comfortable proceeding, we’ll then schedule a strategy meeting.

Strategy meeting

In this meeting, we dive deeper into your requirements and situation. We also outline our process from start to finish and demonstrate how we can help you secure the right property at the right price. By the end of the meeting, we’ll typically have a clear sense of whether we will move forward together.

3.

Onboarding

Once our proposal has been sent, reviewed, and signed, we’ll onboard you and prepare to kick off the property search.

Cystal clear brief

Before we begin researching properties for you, we conduct a "replay exercise." This involves analysing properties sold in the past six months in your target areas, as well as current listings. We then seek your feedback to ensure we have a clear and accurate understanding of your preferences.

Let’s go on a hunt

This is where the excitement begins: we meticulously screen all properties that match your criteria, whether they are on the market, off-market, or pre-market, and focus on the options that are most relevant to you. We reach out to all real estate agencies in your chosen areas and leverage our connections and networks to find the best opportunities.

Inspections

Once we have shortlisted properties, we conduct thorough physical inspections with meticulous attention to detail. If you are unable to attend the inspections, we will take photos and/or videos and provide you with a detailed report.

Negotiation

Simultaneously, we actively communicate with the Real Estate Agent to gather comprehensive information about the vendor(s). We ask detailed questions persistently to obtain the necessary insights, allowing us to develop a customised buying strategy that ensures you make the most informed purchase.

Due diligence

We spend an incredible amount of time doing our due diligence and evaluating the properties we have selected to make sure that you are buying at the best possible price.

Purchase

After thoroughly reviewing all the sale conditions and particulars, and successfully negotiating with both the agent and the vendor through productive collaboration, we ensure that you receive the best possible terms. Once everything is in place, we can seal the deal and celebrate!

Pre-settlement inspection

The pre-settlement inspection confirms that everything is functioning correctly and that there are no discrepancies with the building and pest report. We use a detailed checklist to ensure nothing is overlooked. If any issues arise, we address them immediately with the agent and conveyancer to ensure they are resolved before settlement.

3.

Collecting keys and celebrate

On the settlement date, we will collect the keys on your behalf and meet you at the property to offer our congratulations and celebrate your new purchase.
